Individual Lessons (Functional Integration)
Experience personalised, one-on-one sessions where gentle, hands-on guidance helps you discover new possibilities for movement and comfort. Each session is uniquely tailored to your needs, whether you are dealing with chronic pain, recovering from injury, or seeking to enhance your performance.
Sessions last approximately 45-60 minutes and are performed fully clothed on a comfortable, low table. Available in-person in London or via online video sessions.
Group Classes (Awareness Through Movement)
Join our group classes and explore the joy of mindful movement in a supportive environment. Through verbally guided sequences, you will develop greater body awareness, flexibility, and ease of movement at your own pace.
Classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. No special clothing or equipment is needed beyond comfortable attire and a yoga mat.
